The purchase of a home, either new construction or resale, is one of the most significant financial transactions you make in a lifetime.

Many decision-factors go into the process besides dollars:  location, lifestyle,  schools, transportation –there are various issues that make up the total “package”.  Plus sometimes a property purchase has to be made within a short time-frame, particularly for corporate relocation families.

These issues emphasize the need for you to have a professional Buyer-Broker representing you and your interests: a Realtor who can answer your questions, who you feel comfortable with, who has a solid background of successful experience, who “knows the areas” and can give you the information you need to make a thoughtful property selection.

Remember, the Agent for a Seller or a Builder does NOT represent YOUR interests.  As a nationally certified “ABR”, Accredited Buyer Representative, Liz Pickett will work for you and represent YOU in the purchase process – whether you are purchasing a resale home through the Multiple Listing Service, a brand new home from a builder, or a “for sale by owner” property.  (Be aware, though, that if you are interested in new-construction, you MUST have your Realtor with you ON THE FIRST VISIT to that subdivision or the Builder will not allow you to have Realtor representation.)  And, there is no cost to you for this service as the fees are part of and paid from the sale proceeds of the Seller or Builder.
